There is. But it's political stemming from israeli-palestinian conflict and it's only as recent as a handful of decades ago. Before that there wasn't any ill feelings between the two. At least not to the same level as we've seen it towards them from the west. But u wouldn't understand that bc ur just a wannabe. You just jumping on the bandwagon as it is "trendy" these days to bag all muslims. But I bet where u come from is even more backward. Yet you're preaching here about freedom. First allow for a multicultural society in your country and then you might have something to say.

Probably a bit late, but let's try to avoid further denigrating this thread into a religious pissing contest, if you want to debate middle eastern politics take it to the SRP board.
Anelka is a convert to Islam, which might explain his racist salute. It doesn't take a genius to work out that a certain cultural/ethnic group is responsible for the bulk of anti-semitism emanating from France. the murder of Ilan Halimi, the Toulouse school kids massacre etc. When I hear about an anti-semitic attack in France the image of a beret wearing, baguette holding white Frenchman is certainly not the first thing that comes to mind.
sizeable Jewish community? lol. Iran had over 100,000 Jews in 1979 and now has about 5,000 mostly elderly Jews. Their grandkids live in LA, NY and Israel. Forcing members of a minority group that had been entrenched in the nation for centuries to flee is nothing to be proud of.

Not at all. Racist generalisations are never okay in my book. As I said, the moment the generalisations commenced from whoever, this thread threatened to nosedive. And it has.

Wouldn't this world be better without religion and race and everyone is just deemed equal.

This country has tried to become so politically correct, they now have to come out and say they're progressive by including minorities.
But by doing so, they imply there's a difference between men and women.
As much as it failed due to misappropriate funds going to the wrong areas. Socialism (aka. Communism) was right in a lot of ways. Too bad they threw all their money into the military to keep up with the USA.

Well, you've had a fair few opportunities to speak out against unfair generalization in this particular thread. No need to be selective about what you speak out against. Because if you read my previous posts carefully, that was precisely what I was trying to say this whole time.
In an ideal world it would be. But the worst part is that it is being used as a divisive tool these days by many parties. Some kill in the name if it- others use it as an excuse to kill others and keep the hidden agendas covered. And the same thing could be said about race and culture.
