i rekcon this is how it'll look:

Backs: Seale (Carey), Sandliands (CGS), Sargeat Red Muff (Brighton)

Half B: Nash (CGS), Burnett (Scotch), Leigh (MGS)

Centre: Sartori (MGS), Cruickshank (Carey), Swann (GGS)

Half F: Rockefeller (GC), Hawkins (MGS), Henderson (GC)

Full F: Reed (Carey), Williams (XC), Jesus (Christianity)

Rucks: Vance (MGS), COllins (Hail), Quinlan (XC)

Int: Erikson (Hail), Hellier (Hail), Brown (XC)

With the inclusion of the master hismelf, i can't see the AGS boys getting over the top of the holy roller APS side.
Especially with names like Cruickshank int he centre, they'll be totally unstoppable.

Rioli (Scotch) ERIKSON COMBEN
Suckling (Car) Njoku (Scotch) Gilchrist (CGS)
BECKWITH Ellis (MGS) Smith (Scotch)
Djerrkura (Scotch) Dawes (BGS) GILDER
COLLINS Hawkins (MGS) Rockefeller (Geel)

ANDREWS Kennedy (Xav) SHELDON

Sherwen (Scotch)
The rest of the bench would come down to players that are available

Blueboys that is an average effort from an average poster.

FB: Sandilands (CGS) Erickson (Hail) Suckling (Carey)
HB: J.Rioli (Scotch) Scheetz (Scotch) Gilchrist (CGS)
C: Ellis (MGS) Smith (Scotch) Hill (Hail)
HF: Collins (Hail) Dawes (BGS) Rockefeller (GC)
FF: Sheldon (Hail) Hawkins (MGS) Sherwen (Scotch)
R: Njoku (Scotch) Djerrkura (scotch) Kennedy (Xav)
INT: Saccuzzo (Hail) Homewood (scotch) dutchy12 (MGS
Coach: Chesty Holding

That is a quality side chooker, i am suprised however to see Njoku in ahead of 'specialist tap ruckman' Oliver Thomas. Also no B-train, Weatherman, or T-train.

B: kennedy (xc) schofield (gc) measures (mgs)
HB: hellier (hc) comben (hc) gilchrist (cgs)
C: djerrkura (sc) rockafeller (gc) smith (sc)
HF: tregear (bgs) dawes (bgs) beckwith (hc)
F: rioli (sc) hawkins (mgs) henderson (gc)
R: shaw (xc) ellis (mgs) suckling (carey)
I: sherwen (sc) reid (carey) williams (xc)

p.s. suckas (johnson_26) yours was a pretty poor effort

Who are each team in the aps' ruckmen? Thought it may be an idea for a poll but realised i don't know many schools ruckmen.

cordy is geelong college's
what do you blokes think of jaxson barham for gc? quality player who won best and fairest last year for the school and was bog for college in the local derby against grammar
plays on the wing
should be in the APS team

HC - Andrews
SC - Njoku
GC - Cordy
XC - Shaw (best of this group by a mile)
CGS - Crawley
MGS - Weston
Carey - ?
BGS - ?
WC - ?
SKC - ?

It will come down to last 3 games to see where everyone plays but you have a lot of players out of Position
You are really a joke chooker and never say anything that is any good
I just hope you are there for the last game

The APS will be in dismay with the recent retirement of one of the leagues greats... MATT SUCKLING.. he recently departed from the carey outfit to strive for future aspirations to follow in the footsteps of the man himself nathan buckley... dream on my friend... hahaha good luck anyway suckers... we're always here mate

CGS - Spoke too early about Nash, who only played about 4 or 5 games due to a knee injury so therefore will not come close. Sandilands has proven his worth as a oackleigh chargers player but will not go into the team as a full-back cos he does not play there for Caulfield. Pos at HB or BP. Gilchrist is sure to make the side, a great season.

With the recent premiership win, i'd say the GC boys of Rockerfeller, Schofield, Barham, Henderson, Curnow and Weddel are all a big chance to make it, at least 3 of them will get in.

How much politics is involved in selection??
YR 12's over Yr 10's.
Quota's per school
etc.

My guess would be about 18to19 of the 22 would come from scotch, hail, geelong, xavier and melbourne. Generally the best players should get in regardless of their year level

Dont wanna burst your bubble but henderson will not make it. He has got to much good competition to get in... in the like of dawesn and hawkins. Will definitely make it next year though! :thumbsu:

who will captain the side?
I personally think that Kennedy should, great leader and carved up the aps game last year.

hawkins, Ellis, Smith or Dawes will captain the side. One of these is certain as they are the best four players in the APS by a mile!

How could Hendo not make it when he was in the Vic Country squad as a bottom age player?
