Anyone started playing this yet to scratch the itch until Civ VII? It's pretty much a Civ clone without the hex tiles.

After playing more and "just one more turn" until nearly 4am this morning I learnt this is deeper than just a Civ clone. It has obviously heavily pulled it's presentation from Civ but the turn by turn management is waaaaayy deeper once you start to learn you need to manage goods and resources all while making sure you keep building your prestige so you don't get a game over when the eras change.
