lol HJ is my favourite take away food and would have it over Macca's anyday.
The burgers are but can't say much for the rest..
Find it hard to believe so many rate Hungry Jacks over McDonalds. I do think Hungry's chips are better and sure their burgers are ok but addiction factor is non existant. There is something in McDonalds that makes me eat it most days of the week and surprisingly still manage to keep a size 8-10. Must be the recent change to Vegie burgers but even in those there is something addictive added in i can tell
KFC's chips are the best by far.

Lucky for me a shop(Bannockburn Take-away) 5 minutes up the road makes the best hamburgers i have ever tasted. Makes maccas and hungry jacks burgers taste like crap...which to be honest isn't that hard to do.
Yes they are, and so are the fries, but they are both very tasty.

Same, plus the chicks in the HJ's in my local shopping centre are nicer than the Macca's ones!

Judging by the responses thus far, the HJ's advertising slogan is spot on. Interesting that the rest of the HJ's menu leaves alot to be desired. I would have thought it was pretty much the same as Maccas. Oh and must say HJ's are on a winner with the drink refills. Gotta luv that. They are Australian too aren't they.
Better burgers, and then there's the onion rings which is another type of "better" altogether.

The Burgers taste better but the rest of the stuff is pretty bland.
