It was players only
We've had the Dominator and the Penetrator, which brings us to The Eliminator - Jimmy Buckley.

The guy who was driving pissed, 3 times over the limit, hit a taxi, killed one of the passengers, gave the others life threatening injuries, and only in the Carlton way, had all charges dismissed.

(Got me now wondering who Henry Bolte followed.)

In chronological order:

10/ John Nicholls (1957- 1974)
While playing for Carlton, Nicholls served a three-month jail term at Pentridge Prison in 1960, having been found guilty of embezzling £5,558 (equivalent to A$82,349 in 2018) from the Collins Street Branch of the ES&A Bank and larceny as a servant.

9/ Wayne Johnson (1979-1990)
Assaulted Helen D'Amico in front of 95,000 people and was just an all round douchebag in general.

8/ Stephen Silvagni (1985-2001)
Ruined the club with his inept recruiting then refused to go back into the changerooms when his son was playing.
Got sacked as a recruiter and had a huge tantrum .
Also used to break the rules by scragging players behind the ball and push them in the back in marking contests.
Made a fool of himself when Michael Long kicked one of the great final goals.

Nicholls stole from a bank and you've got that as a douchebag move? Shouldn't even be a crime.

  10. Chris Yarran (2009-2015): sentenced to five years in jail.
  11. Josh Bootsma (2012-2014): propositioned a young fan for sex within 15 minutes of connecting on social media while girlfriend was pregnant.
  12. Luke Sayers (Pres.): PwC tax scandal whilst serving as CEO.

I'll accept McCracken for purloining a sheep carcass but I'll keep Hurst for cultivating marajuana off the list.

1/ Ron Delulio (1992 -1997)
Former Carlton player Ron De Iulio’s “fall from grace” has seen him exposed as a drug trafficker and requiring daily assistance to get by.

The 51-year-old was arrested after drugs, deal bags, cash and a notebook containing prices and names of his “half a dozen” clients were seized at his Melbourne apartment in February, reports the Herald Sun.

De Iulio, who played 104 games for the Blues between 1992 and 1999 including four finals, admitted to police he would pay around $10,000 for drugs - mostly methamphetamine - and sell it for a $1500 profit.

Number 4 was one of my primary school teachers while he was playing at Carlolton.
Big, ugly bastard but drove a hot Torana.
