There is no standard. You don't have to have one and if you do you can have it anywhere.

you've got to be honest with yourself in who's in what division, personally, i don't think you, cody or Haro should be in the top comp.
you've only just picked up AI and should do some more work on it, look at the other comps and FJ&GD WHC to rank where you think you should be. that'd also help the bottom div with numbers, especially if those four you just tagged enter, because at least two would rather be in the bottom one.

I don't think you should be in the top comp.

Haro did quite well in the NAFL reserves with a really simple design executed better than most in his division.

He'd have gotten destroyed in the top division because his design was too simple.

I have no idea if he's usually more creative but if he is, he possibly could be in the top comp of one of these.

There's a fair few South African teams so I'll change to a Dynamo team if it's OK with Bacon Warrior (yeah I know he didn't create Dynamo but he's got one in the top division and it's not like I'll be there any time soon)

How many teams per league? If it's 16, a single 15 round round robin is perfect. It's exactly what i'm going for FIRA. Everyone plays everyone else once.
