From the outside looking in, Richardson is the most insipid CEO in the history of our club, at least in my time. The lack of strength displayed by him is alarming.

He's a happy clapper and an empath. Very astute on the financial/business side of things, but no idea when it comes to footy operations, which is a dangerous combination when he's a key voice on the footy committee.

It's very hard to imagine that he's not leaving $$ on the table on the financial side too given his personality.

I think it's very difficult to speculate on this given we have next to no information regarding what has been on offer.

I think there are enough areas where it's clear and obvious he's deficient in (which he's shown by his actions or inactions) which we can critique on as opposed to critiquing on the basis of speculation.

I think that gauging interest from a number of candidates would be common place around the league.

Would be a completely different scenario if they had offered a contract to any of these candidates only to pull it.
