All gone.. Bewick, Daly, Rock and I think Lamont? All gone according to sen.

I reckon this was probably on the cards, especially with Bewick being there for 5 years. And with Brad Scott effectively being a mids coach, Rock probably isn't as needed.

Be interesting to see who replaces them.

Would Jade Rawlings be worth considering as an assistant?

Others to look at already mentioned elsewhere, Primus, Brown, Leppitsch and German.

Craig McRae and Nigel Lappin from the Lions also already in assistant roles, while obviously his brother Chris has to be a chance.

Be a strange one if Crock and Jade were both assistants at North. Have to tread carefully around Richmond i think.

Riccuito/Ben Hart would be good.
As would Lappin/Leppitsch/Blakey/Ross Smith

OK fair enough a clean out was needed but I thik its pretty poor form to say that "after an extensive review" they will be leaving is pretty demeaning. Lets call it for what it really is. New coach bringing in his own team. People accept that.

I mean, Its not like we've been talking about a top to bottom review of the whole footy department since before Laidley left...oh wait

Good now get archer & carey, with scott we would have all tough coaches , no more girlyboys

Excited by rumours of Brown, Primus and Leppitsch and confident Scott will pursue and get a very strong team - it would be great for the players and would say so much about Scott's self-belief to have really good assistants around him. Would be good to have Crocker as part of the team if that works for both of them.

Would be ok if Scott saw value in Carey being around to help, but generally I'd prefer to see a team of newer faces, not old boys. Supporters might love to look backwards but the club can't afford to.

Word going around is that most Brisbane assistants will be gone next year, not liking the new coach too much.

I think you'll find it'll come down to how well they go in the finals this year. Can't imagine many jumping ship if they make a prelim and look competitive doing so.

If they lose straight up this week, then it's a definite possibility.
