Novak is the world number 1 again. Will be there til the French Open I think, as he wouldn't have anything points to defend at the sunshine double. (assuming he is let in the country)

Shame Alcaraz couldn't properly defend his number 1 ranking. He had no points to defend here at the Aus Open and it wouldn't have taken much to retain it, though I havent looked at the actual point rankings
