Nice to hear 88yo Ken Rosewall is presenting the Norman Brookes trophy tonight.

Ken always seems to get overlooked compared to Laver, but won his first GS singles title as a teenager and aged 39 made the Wimbledon & US finals. And he still kept playing for another three years making the SF of the AO aged 42!

And at his prime - he missed 11 years of GS tournaments as he had turned pro to try and earn him and his wife some money. Won 4 singles slams in his amateur career and 4 in the open era. During his interim pro career he won 15 pro 'slam' singles titles including the 'pro slam' in 1963 and 7 consecutive French pro titles.

And he won 9 GS doubles to boot.
