If the grant video isn't shown at training this week and questions asked - why did no one help him then drop players to send a message. Tom Liberatore, you are excused and can hold your head high.

I'm mixed on this. No Brisbane player stepped in either. Also we were having a shot at goal. Would we have preferred to step in and then potentially get the ball turned over? I see your point, but not sure in that situation it is so black and white.

I'd add in Liam Picken, Dale Morris and Shaun Higgins (who had his most courageous night for the club).

Hopefully the mail in which I have received in regards to our recruiting this year is true.
DM me mate, Also apologies was down in the Cheer Squad was going to come up and meet you as well but was flat as

I don't think a player from either side stepped in because the ump was 999mm away from it watching it unfold with his whistle up 'is wazzoo

Can you report what the mood of the crowd was like around the players race as they exited?

I only really observed one woman abusing. Roughie was last and turned around, I thought he was about to give her a spray but he kept walking. He looked pretty upset by it. Then after the players had left and we were all walking off this little nerdy looking midget came over and made a scene congratulating the woman for having a go at them and saying how shit we are and everyone accepts mediocrity. He was carrying on like a right knob and if I didn't have my kids with me I might have slotted him one. I was upset about the game of course everyone is but no need for that.

Every week someone is saying that the vfl side played against dwarves, spuds or a bunch of kids from the country. Are there any teams in the vfl that we can give players credit for performing well against?
Disappointingly SI, there ain't too many.
Port next week will test us, Willie already have. Geelong are strong, as is Werribee, But wins over the likes of Bendigo, Frankston and Coburg are to be taken with a grain of salt.

about 95% of the people around the players race were clapping and telling the boys heads up, played well etc
2% was lions fans giving them sh*t, 3% were bulldogs fans giving them sh*t
wish my phone wasn't nearly dead or i would have taken pics of the people and reported them to the club.
And there's the problem. Get beaten by the bottom team and still get clapped off. Unbelievable how many supporters stick up for this rabble no matter what.

Maybe you are right. I clapped them off after Freo last week. Have no idea why. I really should have just stood there. I'm not saying we should abuse them (even though at times you would like to) but obviously clapping them off last week hasn't helped either. No one abused them last week. Will they respond to anything at the mo? Seems not. Heard Cooney on TV this morning "we know what we have to to" blah blah blah blah. Wouldn't it be nice to get some straight talking out of the place

Have to say I was quite shocked to see the size of the Coburg side. Cordy and Campbell dominated the ruck, but had very little impact up forward against undersized defenders.

I don't understand clapping or abusing players after a loss. Honestly, if I was playing and lost to the bottom team for example, my feeling wouldn't change because my supporters where clapping me off. I 'd still be bloody disappointed. I actually think it's kind of patronising, like congratulating and applauding someone coming last

i played basketball for 3 years straight were my team would lose every week, 10points-50point losses
Every game our mates and people at the club would clap us out and kept our spirits up and it helped us recover quickly from the losses
It's a mental thing.

I'm sad that Roughie had to cop that, I want our team and club to lift but berating the players, particularly one that leaves it all out there like Roughie, isn't the way to go.

Worst list (Richmond), worst coach (Peter Rohde), worst President (Stephen Kernahan), lose to the bottom team (16th) missing 2 ruckman and 3 midfielders interstate (Not the first time someone has). Doesn't get any lower than this (Melbourne 2011-2013).
I'll just do some corrections for you
