What happened to it???

we only wore it twice last season iirc................and havent worn it once this season????????

if u dont know what im talking about its the one with the shield and navy chest.

I heard the players voted against wearing it as it brought them bad luck [interstate mainly].
We wore our home jumper for the Port Adelaide game at AAMI Stadium in 2005 and won, so I guess we have kept the one jumper ever since.

See no reason to stop, as the away jumper is not really a clash one, and I love our simple blue and white hooped home jumper [even though I bought a replica of our old 'away' jumper to wear to matches!]

I hope you never wear that again, it's not the Geelong I know.

Geelong have a unique jumper away from the rest of the other clubs and the navy blue and white hoops are traditional to the club, and my personal point of view is you guys simply don't need a clash jumper.

Clash jumpers are crap anyway, it's only a marketing ploy. The clubs have survived over 100 years without them.

Geelong has a proud history to respect, leave the jumper alone.

It's always been -The Navy and White hoops. Simple style of "jumper" unfortunately now covered with advertising. But ..I love it.
No need to muck around with it.
 
Sorry to change subject (I know I should start a new topic, but it's not that big) but has anyone noticed our different numbers on the players backs this year? They're a different style or font, same as Carlton's, Freo's and the Kangaroos. The numbers are smaller, squashed. Like the no. 7 on Callan looks like 1 sometimes because its more squashed. I don't know if anyone knows what I mean?
I just prefer the bigger numbers from last year. Same as Bulldogs, WCE, St.K and Melb of this year.

the all blue one with the three small stripes and GFC on the front? It was funny looking but not ugly. You just need to get used to it. My aunt has a framed one signed by Buddha. I should buy it off her.

We're the 2nd oldest (by a smidge) club in the league aren't we? And we've never worn anything but blue and white hoops!

Why aren't we pooping up like the Wobbles and Bummers?
