I think Deckert has been the best defender all year beaten Jordan and McMahon twice this year. Dransman is probably the second best ruckman in the comp can go fwd and kick goals.not bad, I'll keep the same players, but change a few positions, let me know what you think . . .
Backline: Drew Edwards (Darley) Shaun Deckert (Darley) Chris Banwell (East Point)
Half Backs: Keegan Powell (Sunbury) Ash Fleming (Sunbury) Jarred Edwards (Darley)
Centre: Luke Guerra (Darley) Robert Cheevers (Darley) Jason Delaney (east Point)
Half Forwards: Cameron Richardson (North City) Rob McMahon (Melton Sth) Nigel Otto (Ballarat)
Fowards: Brad Miller (Darley) Dan Jordon (East Point) Adrian Newman (Darley)
Rucks: Tim Little (Sunbury) Jarrod Edwards (Redan) Shane Huchinson (East Point)
Interchange: Dane Grenfell (Melton South) Matt Pitt (Redan) Ben Peters (Melton Sth) Marc Dransman (Melton South) Tyson Shea (Bacchus Marsh)
You are spot on with Deckert, he gets the best forward and holds his own week in week out. Darley has the best Backline in the comp and he is the man that holds them together.I think Deckert has been the best defender all year beaten Jordan and McMahon twice this year. Dransman is probably the second best ruckman in the comp can go fwd and kick goals.
Backline: Drew Edwards (Darley) Ash Fleming(Sunbury) Shaun Deckert(Darley)
Half Backs: Brett Chambers(Sunbury) Matt Cape (Darley) Jarrod Edwards (Darley)
Centre: Jarrod Edwards (Redan) Robert Cheevers (Darley) Chris Banwell (East Point)
Half Forwards: Luke Guerra (Darley) Rob McMahon (Melton Sth) Nigel Otto (Ballarat)
Fowards: Dane Grenfell (Melton South) Dan Jordon (East Point) Adrian Newman (Darley)
Rucks: Pat Cariss (Sunbury) Brad Miller (Darley) Shane Huchinson (East Point)
Interchange: Tim Little (Sunbury) Matt Pitt (Redan) Keegan Powell (Sunbury)
Coach of the Year: Gary Learmonth (Darley FC)
We cop it at Ballarat for beating weaker sides but Melton South has only beaten Sunbury in the top six and they were depleted. What is happening at south as they flogged us and looked a great side. Are they as soft as the fruitpickers are saying?
Da wog??
What a difference 3 weeks makes for the Marsh.
Marsh signs Dion, new 2 year deal making 4 years in all on the back of a 5 year plan.
Then they play Lakers to get a crack at finals and get smashed, Next week Darley and get another flogging now right out of finals and finally North Schitty and get touched up again (throw in the change of culture, is that the same inicident that happened early?...or is that part of the new culture.
Someone better tell the marsh there is no Draft or priority picks, you dont need to be tanking games.
Dion will definitely get them fit and that'll be good as those who weren't upto it for the Olympics this year, maybe ready for the Commonwealth games in 2 years, so i can see the plan coming.
Apparently there is a little red thing that you need to get hold of at training, rather than just running. Skills for the Marsh might save them some running, as they get extra running on saturdays when they turn it over.
Anyway back to my point 4 weeks ago, when we chatted. Why did you rush in and sign him.
Anyway respond in your own time he's not going anywhere for 2 years and 3 games.
Soem justification for Luke Guerra being in everyone's side please.
Agree Porter should be there, and Killoran from Marsh.grenfell has hardly had a kick since interleague ?
mcmahon has not been much better
so how are they in this side
porter should be in b4 both of them
all names only ??
Porter hasn't had a kick all year McMahon had his worst game for the year last week other then that easily the best CHF in the comp. Grenfell has been very good all year playing up the ground.grenfell has hardly had a kick since interleague ?
mcmahon has not been much better

all names only ??
worst side yet creeker35. Tell me how Battistello gets a gig? He played well in the first 3 games of the year and hasn't had a kick since. Blomely has missed more games than he has played. Who did I miss?
Alright, alright.......3 out of 22 wrong then. Think the rest are all in the mix. I was just trying not to have too many Darley players in.worst side yet creeker35. I think this team is spot on. Sharpe i know how much footy you watch and usually agree with your ideas on football but there is no way that Deckert can be overlooked as a starting player in this side. He has been the premier defender all year and has taken the scalps of every good forward in the comp. McMahon had 2 touches this week and Deckert amassed 22 with 3 inside 50's. He held Jordan and has been Darley number 1 tall backmen all year. The rest of the side is very good though and i am sure that each club will have their own personal favourites that they feel are hard done by but this is fairly secure. Great effort this year by Drew Edwards from Darley who has come from an up and down senior/reserves player to a very important pin in Darleys backline. He seems to be very poised with the footy and is the architect of many of Darleys attacks. I also rate Dransman as a ruckman and wont argue with his inclusion. Well done to fat Hutchy for getting in merely on reputation, he hasn't had a touch all year- well not against good sides anyway (and i heard that from an East Point commitee member)

COBRAS IN 2042!
KA seems to be with sunbury, south, gisborne and riddell ,Does he want a flag or what! Then he should be on your boys ,Haven"t you guys paid the engraver alreadyI kick goals every week champion. You would love to see this match up between me and KA? Im sure everyone would except for KA, haha- he knows how it would end. I dont drink Bourbon mate- its a poor mans Merlot but Emma Dickson drink it so maybe Bass will bring her along and she can sip a few of your finest mate. Its meant to happen the week after the Henderson which will be Grand Final week. I will set the wheels in motion by getting the devils their first win in September- that i guarantee!!! Im sure KA is smart enough to stay in Gisborne and focus on fixing Charlie Clough's wooden leg or dipping Fitzy's body in water in the hope that it will one day grow.
Sunbury???What year did Darley fruitpickers and Melton South last win a flag? Out of all the eastern bloc sides since coming in to the BFL, you would have to say Melton has been the most successful while Darley and Melton South would be the least.
I think you'd find sunbury have been the most successful. South haven't won a flag in the BFL made the granny in 2001 and got smashed by Melton. They won the 94 flag in the RDFL.What year did Darley fruitpickers and Melton South last win a flag? Out of all the eastern bloc sides since coming in to the BFL, you would have to say Melton has been the most successful while Darley and Melton South would be the least.
