Nicks has already used up plenty of patience, we don’t want to see Hinkley levels of patience here.

Nicks doesn't have Ken's H&A record and can only dream of being a finals choker. Whether Balme preaches patience or not (sounds like Wayne just made it up), Nicks shouldn't be the beneficiary of that. He's used up his 9 lives.

If our next coach sucks, I hope Balme moves on him in quick fashion. I don't want a repeat of the circumstances that led to our worst ever coach being one of our longest serving.
