It appears that Channel 7 news reader and sports commentator Basil Zempilas will be changing roles at the network’s news team after 28 years with the company.

started to watch the game and thought ‘heck that sounds like Basil’. Changed the channel. Had a quick read of the game day thread and unsurprisingly lots of posts on his commentary - still on 3 second delay.
