Damn I spent a lot of time playing that online

Incredible game. The maps were brilliant, the guns worked. The setting was as good as it gets for WW1.

I'd never really gotten into online FPS's before that but played the beta for a laugh and fell in love. BFV never really lived up to it for me and by 2042 my old ass was too dumb to get up to speed with all the new shit.

I think the reason I loved BF1 so much is because the basic 1910's weaponry matched my skill level and proficiency for learning/remembering what all the different stuff did. Guns, grenades, tanks, simples. Played the absolute shit out of BF1, still sucked at though but boy I had fun.

Yeah, similar to that. You can damage tanks by bringing buildings down on them.

I’ve played every Battlefield but from BC2 through to 3 and 4 religiously. Messed around with 1 and V but couldn’t get into them as much.

I don’t even own an appropriate console for this but I hope it’s good. Might make me commit to buying a new gen console lmao.
