Cricinfo is saying 9:25, but either way will be called off way before that if it doesn't stop raining.
Yep Cricbuzz also mentioning that now:

"18:50 Local Time, 07:50 GMT, 13:20 IST: The cut-off time for a 5-over game is 9:25 pm local. So, we do have plenty of time to have a game of cricket tonight at the 'G'"

The storm has passed pretty much now, so I guess we're down to how wet the ground is. 17mm of rain is pretty significant, I don't love our chances of seeing any action.

im to the north of the ground and the weather has been coming from this direction, its basically stopped now for the first time in 5 hours, so were a still good hour away from play based on that amount of consistent rain falling

and adding to that it hasnt stopped yet at mcg, its still lightly raining so they wont touch covers for at least another half hour, play wont start till 9 at the earliest, if it picks up again which is possible will be 0 chance of play

With the covers going back on, how much does it set back any chance of even 5 overs per side?

Be shocked if there’s a game. Whilst you can play in this current drizzle in a t20 you still can’t do the toss/start the game in this. That’s despite what baldie Richo keeps telling you
