He is, but after watching the highlights package of his innings, numerous worse batsmen than Smith could have made a similar score based on some of the tripe that was dished up to him.

Some of his trick shots were absurd.

The volume of full tosses, half trackers and mis-fields were eye catching though for a team as renowned as Perth
