Oh dear, it looks like the all-star coaching panel that they've assembled down at Essendon is so bereft of ideas that the club has resorted to asking the supporters to do Hird's job for him and pick the team that will line up against the Hawks in a week.

I'm sure that the collective brains trust of the Bay will be able to provide some helpful suggestions and give Essendon the insight they need to turn their sputtering season around, right?

Sadly they are limiting suggestions to 25 words or less, presumably because Tania doesn't have enough space left in her notepad to allow for longer suggestions.
