Is there any great Beatles songs which are not on the No.1's (Cd; all Beatles number 1 songs) that you recommend getting?

Too hard to list songs, there's too many, but don't by any means listen to No 1's and think it's a true reflection of the Beatles.
If you want really good music get George Harrison's solo stuff...brilliant.
Even in the Beatlemania era there are heaps of awesome album tracks. I think those albums like #1's are a good starting point, each album needs to be listened to before one has a full appreciation of the Beatles music and influences etc.Swifty_446 said:All I'm saying is the No 1's album is full of their poppy/boppy music, whereas the other albums have their more...for want of a better term...obscure works.

Ringo songs that are really good are "It don't come easy" and "Back off Boogaloo", although I haven't listened to all of his music.
The 3 albums I really need, and have been searching for for ages are the 3 Travelling Wilbury's CD's. I've heard a rumor that they are being re-released soon. God I hope they are.
Lioness: I've listened to those albums, but still can't bring myself to buy them simply for the sake of completing my collection.

I was lucky to get Harrisons dark horse albums his apple catalogue is being worked on by Olivia and Dhani and team.
Ringo had some good songs with a little help from his friends sums up his solo career. he has an album out soon called Choose Love and Paul McCartneys album is out later this year
That's an awesome song, very upbeat! One of my favourites from Revolver, along with For No One and And Your Bird Can Sing.lenny&carl said:It's a real 3MP/tragic 693 special with the horns & all, but also, Got to Get You Into My Life.

You may be confused by the fact that the Wilburys entitled their second (and last album) "Volume 3." Just a bit of fun on their behalf!
