True, there are doubts as to how he would go without Judd taking the best tagger every game.

He's a handy player. I put him in the Simon Black/Nigel Lappen class.

Not a Goodes or a Judd.....or a West.

Cousins would handle the best tagger like he did before Judd arrived:

-5th in the brownlow 2001
-Best and Fairest 01

Typical of a Swans supporter saying Cousins is a hack.

It doesn't bother me...I know all 15 other clubs would like to have him in their side.

I remember in 00 & 01 he got battered every week when our midfield wasn't what it is today, yet he just pushed on and became the player he is today.

The only disapointment if we win on Saturday will be that Cuzzy wont be the captain holding up the cup. Judd should be our captain now due to obvious reasons - however it would be nice to see Cousins up there too.

I agree with your sentiments, however it's a pity some people here on these boards haven't a clue. Goodes deserved the medal last night, I even told my Sydney supporting mate who lives here that Goodes will win the award. However to call Cousins a hack is blatant stupidity and idiocy.

I sense Blood Rules is taking the piss. One only needs to watch him play to know Cousins is a star of the game. As West Coast have done, any of the other 15 clubs would build a midfield around him without a 2nd thought.
