How do people convince themselves that this exists?

I've got memories of 'supporting evidence' if that makes sense.

Not only did I remember something wrong, I remember others remembering it wrong, and talking about how it's a misremembered line.

Apparently Tinkerbell doesnt exist now... The little fairy that appears at the Disney logo, flies around, waves her wand with a light following the path of her wand, then an explosion of light....now its just the light itself, no fairy.

Apparently now the Tyson-Holyfield fight, the ear biting match, has changed. I remember it, cos i watched it live, as did many people, that Tyson first bit Holyfield, only a nibble, the match went on, then the second bite he took a bit of his ear off and the match was stopped....right? Not only is the Volkswagon logo changed but the spelling has too. It's now Wagen with an E. This guy shows proof it was O, and he has owned VW all his life and even sued them once, so his mind is blown that its suddenly always with an E ..
