Forwards are the hardest to pick this year IMO

At the moment have gone with Kosi but with FraserG getting on I think he may play very deep if Fraser gets injured?

Thoughts on Kozzy and if there is anyone else under $325k worth considering?

(thought about Hall but still not to sure after getting burnt last year)

I think Kozi is a suckers pick.

He plays his best games forward when Reiwoldt/Gherig are out or he plays in the ruck. He won't be playing in the ruck this year (king/gardiner) and I don't think he will be a strong enough focus to justify his price.

Uder 325k you want to look at Aker, Hall, Didak, Murphy.

shhh. a bit of gamesmanship going on there. Seriously all the players you neamed are good picks. Esp didak and murphy

out of fev and murphy, who do you guys rate??

Here are some points to consider:
- both have a career average of 65.5
- Fevola's average last year was 71
- Murphy's average last year was 69.5
- Fevola top year average is 85.3 in 2006 (when he kicked 84 goals) and Murphys top year average is 82.5 in 2005
- In Murphy's best year his 4 lowest scores were 26, 33, 54 and 54 (with 9 90+ scores, 7 100's)
- In Fevola's best year his 4 lowest scores were 44, 48, 48 and 58 (with 11 90+ scores, 5 100's)
- Fevola will probably get similar scores too a couple years ago with Judd and improved midfield
- Can't see Murphy's output getting any better then his pre-knee reco year

I think i'm leaning towards Fev at the moment but if I get Murphy i can upgrade Sam Mitchell to Carrazzo, Lappin, Scotland or Scott Thompson.

Plz help me!!

Aker......i am telling you he will rip.

His pre-season form has been one of the best for the doggies and he has got 3 BOG out of the 5 pre-season games. He almost got another one against Carlton as he was named the best player at half time.

I think he could average 80+ provided he gets a run in the midfield.

Its a big if he get a run in the midfield

Franklin or Mooney PLEASEEEEEEEEEE SOMEONE OR TWO ANWSER ME!

also on the under 325 000 topic- Fev or Murphy.

mooney will be a bit more consistent then franklin but will not have the massive games franklin will have.

must i think there are better options around the same price like; Cloke, Deledio, THomas or kosi

The Fev - his potential to kick 100 goals this year is unquestionable with an improved midfield. At $308k, he is tantalizingly cheap IMO.

Nice avatar :thumbsu: Shes one of my faves.

Murphy and Fev are both inconsistent DTers. If I had to choose one Id go Murphy as he has the ability to push up the ground to get a mark. But stay away from both if you can.

TRAVIS CLOKE - he's worth paying extra for :thumbsu:
