Who dares match this tyrannical trio?

It’s the new improved version of Judd, Cousins & Kerr...

Post your love for the new ERA!!!

Obsession over thurgood is weird since he was a rookie listed player
Same the love for Tuck seeing as he was such a geriatric has-been that the club itself forced him to give up.

Probably coined the phrase “too old, too slow” himself regarding that team of ‘91 even though he insisted he wanted to continue.

Could he have played on in the center..?

Maybe.

Would he have been exposed against the new breed for his scragging tactics..?

Definitely.

Good call, Hawfs,to unceremoniously fire your reigning premiership captain, something Good Bloke is experiencing right now... :thumbsu:

Tuck retired long after he was a midfielder. Are there ANY handbags with a knowledge of AFL prior to 2007?

Retired?

lol, he was kicked to the curb, most likely because the club knew he wasn’t a midfielders arseh*le in the modern game.

Do any of you turncoats know more about your own club than you do Geelong..? :$

You DO understand Hodge was sacked, yeah..?

He retired, and he wasn't even a midfielder towards the end, he was a half-back. I just explained that lol.

LOL staggering football knowledge. Hodge retired, that's why we got a draft pick despite him not being on our list any longer. It's the Mal Michael rule.

lol.

LOL.
Awesome counter. :drunk::thumbsu:

Tuck was fired.

Hodge was also fired.

You simply don’t realize this or can’t accept it.

Either scenario is pretty funny tho, TBH... :$

Clearly not better than Judd, Cousins, Kerr as OP referenced them but didn't even include them in the poll...
Sorry sparkles, poll amended.

I did mean to include them but was tired after a long day.

Förlåt. :(

How about neither. Tuck played 426 games, won over 300 of them, including 7 flags and had come to the end of his career as the most successful player of all time. Hodge also retired after 300+, then made a comeback, as confirmed by the retirement trade rule which was used.

Most supporter groups would gain some humility after watching their team smashed in consecutive prelims. Not Geelong.

Lol.

Its not like the Hawks are gloating about a 10 week rebuild. Someone with humility would just accept they are just shit.

yet they still have you morons dangling on their hooks whenever they feel like..:$

Dance monkey dance!

and for the record its the Fab Four for mine, Voss, Lappin, Black and Akermanis:thumbsu:
no Hawthorn combination should even be in the conversation with those guys (no Essendon ones should really be, either. Our best were soundly beaten by those guys in 2001.:(:thumbsdown:)

No B&F. In over 400 games. Tuck was nothing but a passenger.

Swans midfield must be no. 1 seeing as they gave the Hawks their 5th best mid and he finished 2nd* in the Brownlow and had the most possessions ever.
