Ok, if you are to pick our best ever side by jumper number... where you can only pick 1 player per jumper number... where they played most of their games in.

B: Hart 34, Rutten 25, Smart 7
HB: Smith 33, Bock 44, Dawson 12
C: Sloane 9, Ricciuto 32, S Goodwin 36
HF: Lynch 27, Walker 13, S Welsh 17
F: Betts 18, Modra 6, D Jarman 3
R: Rehn 52, S Thompson 5, McLeod 23
I: Laird 29, McGuiness 11, K Johnson 28, Robran 10
Sub: Burton 24
E: M Stevens 19, Bickley 26, Rankine 22

Without doing a huge amount of research think you have nailed it here Kane (which could mean a rather short thread haha).

Interesting that no decent number 1 or 2's in our history then if I am reading and remembering correctly? And actually only one player selected under number 5 although arguably TipRat at number 4 was probably a better PLAYER (only) than Stevens.

And for debate Bickley as an emergency as our dual premiership captain perhaps a little stiff not to make the team of 23.

And within a handful of years, Rankine will be well established as one of our all time greats - minimum top 10, if not top 5 by end of career. Will be comparable to DJ and Macca to perform on the big stage IMO

Tough team to assemble here.

C: 32 Mark Ricciuto, 23 Andrew McLeod, 36 Simon Goodwin
HF: 27 Tom Lynch, HF 13 Taylor Walker, 17 Scott Welsh
F: 18 Eddie Betts, 6 Tony Modra, 3 Darren Jarman

FOLL: 52 Shaun Rehn, 9 Tyson Edwards, 19 Patrick Dangerfield,
Int: 24 Sam Jacobs, 2 Andrew Jarman, 5 Scott Thompson, 31 Rory Sloane
