Leagues BFA League 8 Discussion 2021

This is the eighth tier league of the BFA promotion/relegation leagues for bigfooty SuperCoaches. The four preliminary finalists will be promoted to League 7 next year, and the bottom four at the end of the minor round will be relegated to League 9 (if there is one) in 2022.

In this league are: London Pie, THawks, American Doggie, yeliab_86, Nuggetz, revo333, Amazing Bombers, Better Loosen Up and...

I've also ended up in this league - it was finalised with me in it while I was waiting for the last coaches to join. There is also a random coach who I don't think is part of the bigfooty community - MMM United

The Blues Devils are back this year after a five year hiatus, have recruited some decent rookies along with some dependable seniors.
Was a little rusty last week but looking to improve over the next couple of rounds ready for the season proper!

Escaped the Rowell carnage but not sure what to do with Dangerfield? 3 weeks but will need him later in the year?

With four H2H rounds completed the ladder is starting to take shape. Making up the top nine spots are CrozaN, Loose at HB, gezimnexhipi, THawks, Nuggetz, Amazing Bombers, revo333, myself and London Pie. You need to make the top eight and then the preliminary final to be promoted to League 7 next year

At the bottom half of the table are The Made Guy friend, Donakebab, stevebbb, yeliab_86, Ingy, BlueDevils, Better Loosen Up, random coach and American Doggie. The bottom four at the end of the minor round will be relegated to League 9 (if there is one) in 2022.

Almost halfway through the minor round so i thought I'd post an update. The top 9 is:

gezimnexhipi has moved into top spot and is unbeaten so far, with CrozaN just the one game behind. There are four teams on 6-2 London Pie, me, THawks and Loose at HB, with Amazing Bombers, revo333 and Donakebab making up the top nine.

Somehow stevebbb is in tenth despite his very high overall ranking. Nuggetz has four wins and yeliab_86 three. Sitting on just two wins so far are The Made Guy friend and BlueDevils, who will have to get a wriggle on if they want to make finals. On just one win are Better Loosen Up, Ingy and random coach, with American Doggie yet to open their account and early favourites for the spoon.

Well gezimnexhipi beat me comfortably and looks to have sewn up top spot being two games plus percentage ahead of Loose at HB. London Pie, CrozaN and I are one game behind and looking to finish top four with the double chance. Also with a chance at top four are Nuggetz and stevebbb. revo333 is in eighth and THawks ninth.

The four preliminary finalists will be promoted to League 7 next year.

In the bottom half of the table The Made Guy friend and Donakebab are only outside the eight on percentage, with Amazing Bombers still a great chance to make the eight given their good percentage.

An outside chance to make finals are yeliab_86 and Better Loosen Up but these two could finish bottom four if Ingy and BlueDevils can string a few wins together.

American Doggie and random coach will almost certainly finish bottom four.
