The BGL is back on the scene of Online leagues ahead of the AFL Evolution release.
We have come up with new ideas for this season, which are pretty cool.
We have 10 teams for season one, those teams are:
Adelaide
Carlton
Collingwood
Fremantle
GWS Giants
Hawthorn
St.Kilda
Sydney
West Coast
Western Bulldogs
TRADING: Clubs can make up to 5 trades maximum. This does not mean 5 players, it is 5 TRADES, so trade smartly.
LIST: Clubs can have 40 players maximum on their senior list and 5 players maximum on their rookie list.
NATIONAL DRAFT: Due to the FanHub, players will be created by the Admin Team. 50 players will be created, generated names, positions, height, weight etc. The players can be shared and downloaded on the FanHub. The highest rated player will be rated 83 whilst the lowest will be rated 55 or so. There will be 5 rounds of drafting in the National Draft, therefore not every created player will find a club. AFL Players you have delisted can be picked up by other clubs in this National Draft.
PRE-SEASON DRAFT: After the JLT Community Series, the team that finishes on top of that ladder will receive pick 1 in the Pre-Season Draft. 2nd gets pick 2 etc. There will be 1 round of drafting in the Pre-Season draft. You can select a player from any club not in use with a maximum rating of 84.
ROOKIE ELEVATIONS: You can upgrade Rookie players via the National Draft by selecting them. However, another method of Rookie upgrades is if a player on the senior list gets injured and will be out for 2 or more weeks you can place that player on the long term injury list and upgrade a rookie until that player is ready to come back.
In our next post we will sum up the trade period before providing the draft pool for the National Draft.
