I found this interesting. This is the list changes the Tenderwarriors have made to their squad since the completion of the 2013 draft. After I have had my two draft selections, it will be a total turnover of 21 players. This list doesn't include players who I traded for during that time and since traded out/ delisted.

My midfield has certainly taken a big hit, but my backs now look much much stronger. Overall though, the best thing is how I have improved my depth and injected youth into my squad.

I have only THREE PLAYERS in Carlisle, Bellchambers and Tarrant that have remained in my squad since this league began. Nicholls I also have back again now, but I have delisted him twice..

I think my squad is looking a little healthier now

I don't have my original list but I'm pretty sure only Motlop and Vickery were in my squad after the original draft. And I traded Vickery out and then back in at a later date...

No doubt someone that you rate in the top 20 or so players will slide and you'll be a little stunned that he got through

Updated with recent delistings, last two trades (Lynch deal and LWP/Dogs pick swap) and new list numbers.

Please note - The numbers in red show the number of players on your list EXCLUDING those names in RED. The players in red are no longer on an AFL list and as such, wont be in the game next year. However, I wont cut them until directed OR until the cut off time hits in a few weeks. If people want to hold onto players in the hope someone gets a hail mary chance ala Shannon Motlop then that's fine.

Also note - if your list is over 45 (like mine) and there is no notification on who you want to cut I will do so under the following guidelines:

Players not on an AFL followed by the lowest ranking UF player based on 2013 stats. If there are a few who didn't play then I will cut them in alphabetical order until you have a list of 45.

Other than that we are all set to start our draft planning. Draft order post will be updated on Friday

Im not sure what Unknown Caller has planned time wise, but I would think that we will wiat until the positions are out for 2014, then hold our draft about 3 weeks after that. Gives people one last week of trading time to prune their list.

Last year's draft was held about a week after UF opened and that worked very well so I'd expect something similar this season.

We dont have an exact date yet. I'm leaving that up to Unknown Caller.

The UF positions come out around mid Jan so I would think that we take say a week to look at those positions, decide on final delistings, and then a wekk later have the draft - Around the end of Jan or Early Feb.
