Michael Turner (former Geelong player who helped build the Falcons) - Popped up on my feed as him being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.

Craig Shakespeare - English soccer player/assistant manager who was diagnosed with cancer.

Pat Dodson - Senator who is retiring due to illness.

Yao Ming - Not sick as far as I know, but people of his height generally don't have long lifespans.

I was reading about Mick Turner a couple of weeks back and was tempted but it felt a bit too morbid adding the name of a forget Cat to my list

By my count my four are:

• Moamen Zakaria, former Egyptian footballer with ALS
• Emanuel Morales, former Argentinian footballer with ALS
• Elon Musk, surely no intro needed but has been a staple on my list recent years
• Larry Nassar, former USA gymnastics coach…**** him

The above stipulations have been posted for over a month now with the thread going live in November.

We all want people to play and every year, people miss out but alas, that is the game and the deadline is set for a reason.

Therefore, per the rules which state lists must be in by deadline, unfortunately we will not be able to accept @Frederico_WA's list when it/if it comes in.

Allowing Frederico to play sets a precedent allowing for laziness and lack of attention to basic, fundamental rules. We move on.

Allow them to play, but be ineligible to win, Corey McKernan style.

If they did win, lols would be tremendous.

For a first time entrant, I think that's too harsh for an honest mistake, maybe penalise /deduct for their first death as a handicap, and then let them play legit with the rest of us

Because they've cost me wins in the past in the Song comp and their presence is heavily overinflated.

It's not really harsh as much as it is just part of the game. As mentioned, we can keep an eye on his list (when it is sent in which it still hasn't yet) but really, he's been given everyone else's list so... anyway. No points eligible for him unfortunately.
