recently I wrote of the disappointment of Beherit's two mid 90's electronic albums. On the weekend I found that they did get it right at a later date. Bardo Exist is everything that H418ov21.C and Electric Doom Synthesis tried and sounded either dreadfully dull or amateurish but this time they nailed it. Bardo Exist is nothing like Drawing Down The Moon but it does capture the same creepy atmosphere with a completely different sound. Nice work Beherit!

I binged on the Death Wish series last night, can't remember if I'd seen them before. They got a bit repetitive but still a good night's worth of movies.

Check out myduckisdead.org. This guy has an amazing collection.

Love them. They get a bit silly from 3 onwards but still mandatory viewing imo. We watched 4 on the school bus when I was in year 7. Good times.

Arrived today. Had been meaning to get it when it came out, but as the limitation was 500 I thought I missed out. Couldn't believe I found a new copy.

Never got around to giving Death Wish films a go. Whenever I get in the mood for old-school b-grade action films I always turn to Van Damme.

Think you'd better get your act together and watch all 5 of them.

after getting over confident finding Beherit's good electronic music I drove home yesterday listening to a collection I put together of Bulldozer's 90's dance period. I'm impressed at the U turn, but damn it's bad and completely unexpected given the rest of Bulldozer's stuff. Well worth checking out for the dropjaw wtf feeling. I still don't get what they're getting at when they talked about painting the Whitehouse blue. The blowjob thing I get, everyone wants blowjobs, that makes sense but why blue???

That was the first Bulldozer I ever heart after only knowing the name for some time back then. Never liked or understood it.

Got the good stuff later. And finally saw them live last year.

wow, that would be a confusing introduction to them! Living in Europe would be a great way to catch a lot more touring bands than in Australia.
