Yeah, I had a great time. Got there in time for Carcinoid (I've drunk with their guitarist before, really nice guy), but had to cut Contaminated short so I could get upstairs for Gutless (was actually the last person they let up, as I made capacity). Am excited they're finally putting an album out.

Miasmatic Necrosis were fantastic; but being a gore/grind band their set length was determined by the amount of material. The 50 minute run time was never happening; 30 minutes was it. Spoke to their bassist and drummer afterwards, really nice and engaging. Hope they come back soon (they actually ran out of CDs, and I couldn't buy their cassette as they were cash or PayPal only, not taking card).

Vocalist for MN is one of the MDF founders. Didn’t know that.
