Train
Self-explanatory - train, breed, fondle, do whatever you need to to get your Pokemon ready for the tournament.

Declare your mega
If you plan on using a Mega Pokemon, and it is not stated in the OP already, you must declare it before matches begin. If you do not you will not be allowed to use it in any battle.

Mini-draft
Everybody is permitted to put one of their selected Pokemon back in the pool and select from the non-selected Pokemon, including those that others have put back. This may only be done once, and is on a first-in-best-dressed basis. It is optional.

Trades
You're welcome to trade any number of Pokemon with other participants, provided both parties agree and you make it clear that the trade is happening, so that the OP can be edited.

Yeah that's fine, it's just to make sure you don't go into one battle and use Mega Scizor, then the mega version of something else in the next, etc.
