Yeah 3 years ago his first touch is better and he drills that near post with the keeper beaten. He almost blew the chance again and got lucky

Happened 2 or 3 times already I'm just so used to him burying them, but now you just know he will get the ball caught up in his feet and the shot will be blocked.

I still love him though and always will.

Nothing against the bloke from anything before this year, spurs legend/icon/champ whatever you wanna call him and one of the best finishers in Europe.

That last move was 100% angeball, slow, back to the keeper then one touch passes up the field to lead to an overload. Richarlison just couldn't find Maddison or there's another huge chance.

Would probably have taken 0-0 before it started but with everything happening how ****ing good would it be to have killed the game off and to have been able to sub off Richarlison and Kulu on 60m for some kids. Right now knowing spurs they'll concede a goal in the first 10 mins of the second half and then have to fight tooth and nail when the squads already on red.
