It's like these basement dwellers have never played any form of sport except Sunday league and have no understanding of the mysterious virus that kept out Moore for 2 months. Ange playing him right at the moment and we should be thankful.

My guess on Moore was that he had Glandular fever. 2 months out and needing management minutes points to something like this.

Ange learnt his lesson from throwing him into a tough away environment from the start at Palace.

Plus the health and fitness side. No issue not starting Moore today. He's better suited to start Sunday than today if he can only start 1 of the 2 games

Yes literally all of those results could be worse with 17-18 year olds who aren't at the level playing 30 minutes

Unless we survive relegation by goal difference it wouldn't matter losing by 1 or 3 goals in any of those games. 0 points regardless from them and we can refresh the squad

Also Maddison to be the one subbed when his mins isn't as major as everyone. Just seems like there's something there with his lack of mins. Credit to Maddison though he hasn't complained or sooked in interviews

As a coach. all I want from my netball girls is consistency of effort. Maybe, just maybe he is being made an example of that if you dont put in the work you aren't guaranteed minutes

If it was this isolated instance alone, sure. Just his non-selection with Sarr being picked when out of form has been a weird one. There's no real footballing reason to not pick him with the way the form of Bissouma and Sarr has been, and with Bergvall looking good in a 6 role

Since December, Sarr has 11 starts + 2 sub appearances for 1G+0A to Maddison 9 starts + 5 sub for 4G+1A.

Maybe there's a fitness and injury concern there.

I think thats a fair assessment. And would be justifiable to drop him for if we had players who did have the mettle about them.

But Bissouma and Sarr both don't. Bentancur, Bergvall and Kulu all do, but Bentancur's had time out and Kulu has been forced onto the RW again. Until we have better midfielders Maddison needs to be starting every game he is fit to play

I've said that he is saying all of the right things. And when he is on the pitch he is 1 of few doing the right things too.

Carried away =/= finding positives.

Half the reason I go you is there's no balance to the critique of the club. If it is fair to point out where we're failing then it should be reasonable to highlight aspects that are working, or players doing well.

Forster is a prime example. The balanced ones in here have lamented his bad moments and lauded his games where he's been very good. You're silent on one and relentless on the other.

I cannot remember the last post you've made that has a generally positive tone to it, on any aspect of the football club, and that's just a bit sad.
