ROB is probably the safest in our team this year.

Our plan "b" ruck option is too far back to get a run. Without injury, ROB is guaranteed all year.

I think you’ve missed the point.
He’s safe by default. Which is not the same as being a player that is in no danger of getting dropped.

The one who looks to impose himself on games at times of need, who gets injected into the middle when we need a spark etc

Not not to me, seems the the type who wouldn’t handle having the title and needs to do his own thing.
