Scorpionlord and Dusk Veil and stopped me right in my tracks. Can't even fight Scorpionlord they've locked him out as I couldn't beat him and progressed to Dusk Veil.

Did you watch a guide? There are some good ones on a lot of bosses that give you some good builds. They all seem to have a weakness and counter you can exploit.

Other option is to grind a bit at the spider sack den and give yourself 20-30 levels to power through it. It’ll only take you an hour of grinding.
