Not sure why you even quoted my post...
Are you insinuating I copied someone's post I haven't even seen...

Well I didn't

Paranoid much?

I said I read it earlier on the main board, which I did and that it was a clever joke.

Just tell me what you want
In terms of board

MLG Gone
Pratt Gone
Mathieson Gone
Judd Gone

Key appointments - external vetting appointee process. All such appointments reviewed by an external party and findings voted on. 7 year revolving tunures for all members unless finals are made within the period.
Serious changes to appointees that have set remit for football department oversight. A good player who was an ex captain does not in anyway shape of form mean anything for such a critical appointment on the board, no disrespect to Judd. How in Gods name did he get appointed. Again the decision making capacity of current structure needs huge overall. How does a board let through the appointment of untried Coach, Director of Football, CEO, Assistant Coach (Stanton) with no experienced support all in one haul, and then throw the coach under the bus.
Some ramblings off the cuff but getting bored typing. So much wrong with it in its current form.

The review will be a good indicator of whether we are making progress or not. MLG not pres good start.
Off to the 2nd quarter.

Judd and MLG are already gone, so not sure why you are rehashing it. Tell me how Pratt and Matho influence the on field

Yet again you are beating the same drum with Judd, move on

Many clubs have gone with rookie setups, like the Lions with Fagan and much of their staff, but their list is more advanced.

Your post is reminiscent of a mild melt. Noting ground breaking, no invocation, nothing

Thats not what I have said. You asked for specifics I gave you specifics and you reply with that ????

For someone that seems to care about the club so much your responses are perplexing in your disregard for what is a pretty key bit get right.

Please stop with this emotional driven posting

So, right now, what do you think of our dysfunctional board, given we are winning comfortably against the Saints. Can you see it has absolutely no effect on output?

You should know mods are not allowed to be funny campaignery.

Are they allowed to think they're funny? I've been kidding myself for years.

Sorry Ross, it was important to play Charlie tonight. He got through unscathed and that game and that goal will do his mental health the world of good. He didn't get a lot of the ball and there is no substitute for AFL match practice, but his body looked good and he moved well.

Discussion Arrow with you is like being sucked into a vortex! Nothing emotional here just a curious observer. Here is the last place that warrants any emotional investment!
Pls promise me one thing, that you never accuse anyone after this of banging a drum! It is like a pot party singing a chorus line to the kettles. Your stance puzzles me. You don't think coaches matter in terms of an importance hierarchy, you don't think boards matter...you think playing list is fine. What in your mind(serious question) are the drivers of success in the context of our last 20 yrs and why are we still along way off the mark?

All factors play a part, some more important than others. Over the last 20 years, we have never had this collective core of talent and that is the most important factor along with buy in and cohesion

Why did that clown on 7 half time say we might trade Dow?
He’s just starting to find his way. It would be madness to trade him now
He said we want to keep him but he might be on the trade table!!

Bloody Tom Browne having an each way bet again.
He's a parasite

Please tell me we aren't after Cerra.

I really don't think he's THAT good...definitely not worth a big contract. He doesn't really offer any attributes we don't have and isn't a consistent performer or someone who wins a game off his own boot. He seems like just a 'good' player, nothing more. I'd rather back in guys like SPS/Setterfield/Carroll/Kemp/Philp etc that Cerra. If we're going to go for a mature-aged player, it needs to be a proven gun.

After Williams last year, I see it as once again targeting the wrong player to improve our midfield.

This block of games is crucial in terms of preparation for 2022. With 4 games under his belt, he'll go into round 1 next year against Richmond far more ready and confident and propel us to victory.

I really value kicking he’s a great kick he’s nearly as good as LOB but if We keep LOB maybe we use our first on kpd

Some of lobs kicks where sublime the kick from Dow to test Honeys speed brought a smile
A couple of Murphy’s kicks weren’t to shabby Cripps was ok but his handballs once a strength are just ok now
Again Honey slotted a goal from 35 post height same position SOS didn’t make the distance to the point side
Lob went hard inside when his turn he’s put on a few kg
It’s going to be a seriously dynamic forward line when McGovern returns
Bit worried the ice on Charlie’s knee big upper body leap has diminished but that kick of a step was phenomenal
What away to set up the weekend happy happy joy joy
