We are leaving nothing to really take to this years draft? Unless we trade our future 2nd to ger back into the late first/2nd round this year.

Pies would as such, rather move their 2021 first to this year and gain later picks in 2021.

Revising my post from earlier, we should look at pick 8 and 2021 2nd, for their pick 16 and 2021 1st.

They then move up the draft this year and obtain the same result next year (Daicos bid match)

It couldn’t be a pure pick swap involving our pick 8 as Essendon now have the collateral to trump us. If we can get a player to commit to us and us only, plus pick up the pies first rounder, then we can offer that first to Essendon for Saad and they’ll have little choice but to take it.
