Exactly, thus why Clarko has told Burgoyne to stick to the "year off" proposition to help him get the best deal from Gil for GC or us for the Blues.

I love how some people's opinion on Coaches is that they simply coach the same the whole time and never actually grow, evolve or mature.
If Voss is who is chosen as the Coach, I would much more prefer this form of Voss than that was rushed into a coaching position.
The job I am doing now, I am a lot better at than I was 10 years ago.
I trust that if we go with Voss, it would be based on a thorough process and he be the best candidate of whoever is left.

Well he doesn't like Jeff so taking his 900k and creating a team that will hurt his bottom line makes sense to me -- well done Clarko .. He took over hawthorn when they were bottomed out and won a flag in four years so he probably doesn't care which team he coaches in the future ..
