In any case the doc can’t be killed by the vig so it came across as if you were implying that you were seer or vig

Not that I ever thought you were the doc but it seemed like a slip up

I let it go during the day because I thought you might be the vig due to the dogs hit but you haven’t countered

What’s interesting is that the Blackmailer doesn’t seem to have been used so far this game.

I was in two minds about whether to reveal this because of reasons but I was blackmailed to vote MarcMav today
Turns out I misinterpreted the OP, and maybe I wasn't the only one

But essentially it's an action that's submitted at night that dictates how a poster should vote for another poster
Not the daytime manipulation type blackmail that I assumed

My take on the above Tarkyn_24 dank420_ is that Marc is either the Underboss or non-mafia. His vote yesterday makes him seem non-wolf. So on balance, he could be evil like all the other unknowns but probability says less likely than the rest

I deliberately voted late so people wouldn't follow my vote...

The final count was 6-5 as below
So jmoo's vote levelled it and sante sank himself (jmoo didn't previously vote, and santes previous vote was on jmoo so neither of their votes changed the number on mbr)
I had it at 3-5 at the time I asked Chippy to switch. Note I only asked Chippy to switch and ignored the requests from others (deliberately). I was hoping to keep it 4-5 to see what happened.

In hindsight, if people did follow you, it couldn't have turned out any worse than it did today, surely.

My vote on sante didn't seem to lead anyone else initially, but it probably created an opportunity for evil to place their votes without standing out from the crowd.
My read of sante pushing villager was he was evil trying to hide, which was obvious way off, but I don't know why he pushed it. It really wasn't necessary and at that point I don't think he had enough heat on him. It's likely MBR would have been the lynch if he didn't push so hard.

Will be interesting to read back on those who did vote for sante, especially late.

Pre deadline my choice would've been sante. I definitely read him as evil. I think I even said as much before the morning writeup.

After dank's claim I would've been on a couple of people who didn't get many/any votes (porps, pie, jmoo) but I didn't want to compromise my claim by going too hard at any one person. Nor did I want a scattergun situation. I still await porps' response above.

I did wonder if evil were deliberately waiting for me to vote for a while as the morning seemed quite slow...

And broadly I find stray votes more suspicious unless there's a good reason for them

Found it, post 863. I guess that means Chippy levelled , and jmoo sank him, and sante's didn't matter
That makes me feel a little better that he didn't throw the towel in like I thought he would

I hadn't really read that role description very carefully. I just assumed it was the way you've described it as happening (which is the only way I've seen it be used before), but that write up in the OP is quite confusing. Almost like the mechanics for two different roles have been smooshed together.

As well as late votes for sante potentially pointing to a faction trying to clear MBR, I'd be well inclined to think that votes for MBR included players in the opposing faction.

Interestingly enough though, I think I'm one of the few that was reading jmoo as a Villager, but after the late vote onto sante, I'm feeling that a lot less now.
