Turns out I misinterpreted the OP, and maybe I wasn't the only one

But essentially it's an action that's submitted at night that dictates how a poster should vote for another poster
Not the daytime manipulation type blackmail that I assumed

Yes, because I'm only a villager, and didn't want the vig to waste a kill however attracting the attention of an evil kill wouldn't have bothered me if it helped protect actual good roles from being targeted.
