I wondered if we’d play this card and it was done so in such an elegant manner.

It was the high contact free that Brayshaw received several minutes beforehand. To my eyes it was a head to thigh contact rather than knee. Also, I saw no evidence of Brayshaw wobbling, or appearing groggy or impaired in any way.

I don’t think there needs to be. It’s not really relevant to the Maynard incident, even if it did have an effect on Brayshaws concussion. He’s have been knocked out cold even if he hadn’t taken the earlier hit.
