could just have a video ref who makes the changes to the score at the end of the quater i guess rather than stopping the game.

He didn't signal hit the post.It seems as though he thought it went through the points.
The Campbell one looked like a goal but it could have easily touched the goal post, the Harvey one was pretty clearly over the line.
I was sure I saw him tap the post when he made the decision.

The umpires need a development day and how to get decisions right. This game has had poor umpiring. Two goal incidents, first one shouldn't have been called a goal and the second one should've been called one.

Nah it wouldn't feel great but it'd be fair, i'd rather that than lose by 1 point when a goal wasn't paid to my team.

he's a loathsome, sub-human creature McBurney but he got that right
Nah, he hit it at some stage. I'm not convinced it didn't hit the post, but I'm not convinced it did either.
Try watching the replay with both eyes open then.

From the replay in front of the goals the North goal was a goal, the goal ump tapped the post though so another replay from a behind angle would help decide if there was some nick on the way through but looked a goal.
That goal umpire ****ed it up twice. One for the Swans when he was going to call it a goal until McBurney overruled it, and one against us when he called Harvey's goal.
