Tbh neither blues nor Freo deserve to make the finals…

The Final 8 system does seem to reward mediocrity.

Highly unlikely a team outside the top 4 wins the flag again for a while, under this current system.

Regardless i do feel for Freo fans, like us, you have had some bad/rotten luck this season at the worst time (Amiss missing clutch goal scoring opportunities at the worst time etc)

Least Carlton have an opportunity of giving kids from our ressies some much needed opportunity in light of mass injuries.

Getting the Campo kids for cheap next season, so we re-load and go again (hopefully with more luck on the injury front)

Be interesting to see how Bolton goes for Freo next season
