WADA waiting on any conclusions "with interest" ....
What I find of interest is that a member of an "entourage" is not considered a "support person"?
Surely a private doctor (one could also interpret "private nutritionist" or "personal fitness consultant" in the same way) would still be considered an engaged support person for the athlete?
Maybe tonight I'll go looking for the recent changes to the WADA code for a definition of "support person".
Surely any person that can be found to be advising/doping a cheating athlete should be subject to bans?

The doping allegations raised in the Sunday Times this past weekend are deeply unsettling to athletes and indeed sports fans worldwide who demand and expect clean sport. While in this case the private doctor in question was not governed by sport and therefore was outside the jurisdiction of the Code, WADA and the anti-doping community is only too aware of the negative influence entourage members can have in influencing their athletes to dope, and that is why we introduced strong rules within the World Anti-Doping Code at the start of 2015, which ensure unscrupulous support personnel that cheat the system are sanctioned fully.
WADA wholeheartedly supports an independent review of the Sunday Times allegations being undertaken in the United Kingdom. We await any conclusions from such inquiry with interest.
