I did kind of expect someone would say something like that! And I do realize most people couldn't give a stuff if a new recruit's father had played just a few games for another club. Still, I'd have included it in the write-up just to pad it out a bit, and because some people may not know about it and might find it interesting! But that's just me!!

Like his game up forward so far vs Coburg today. Good value as the 22nd man come senior game day. Plays both ends. Offers Goldsack and Reid like flexibility to the coaches. Only 25 and still potentially has some upside now he's in the AFL system

I thought he'd be getting a game pretty early on in the season given our lack of KP types, but he's giving himself every chance now. The fact that he can play well at both ends makes him very valuable.

It will be a great story when he makes his debut, as he's had to "do things the hard way" after not being picked up six or so years ago when he was considered a decent prospect.

He could be a few games player.

Just unsure long term.

Does that mean that Reid is out then?

was thinking Cox might have been a possible out as he looked a bit sore late in the game last week, but presumably he's training given he's in the photo - so he should be right to play.
