I don't like any of the three favourites in the North team market.

Harvey isn't liked by the umpires. Swallow was our best player but that doesn't necessarily equate to votes. Wells just never seems to poll well.

Instead I've chucked a few bob each on

Petrie ($5) kicked a few bags and looks the goods in rounds 4, 10, 14, 21 and 22.

Ziebell ($15) very unlikely but at $15 was hard to turn down.

Others ($26) incl Thompson, Goldstein and Bastinac who all polled relatively well last season and arguably did even better this season.

I have no other bets on for tonight. Whoever put coin on Liberatore>Basti @ 1.25, surely there were safer bets out there. How many are you expecting Libba to poll? Basti could potentially get 7-9 without too much luck, many of which could come from the final few rounds.

You have to be lightening fast, odds change rapidly so be careful and cautious.

its generally not super worth it given you have to call up. the first year we can bet on the net live in play will be immense

The worse thing is that you ring up and you think that the odds you see on the net are the same at the time of your call but invariably they are not and its ok if your having a fun bet, but when your betting seriously its worrying, esp if your hedging.
