Not just the marks. Though he often goes for them when the spoil is a better option. And when he does grab them, often follows up with a poor disposal. Also a one way runner. But he has plenty of team mates in the same boat.

The only thing remotely true here is the disposal, which I wasn't aware to be a leader you had to have elite disposal. Still, not at all relevant to the OP.

It's very relevant to the OP. Bucks has talent at his disposal, but the players are playing for themselves rather than for the team.
And you want defenders to have good disposal and not constantly turning the ball over in the oppositions forward line.
He was never placed in our leadership group for a reason, and even Dawes, Lumumba, Byrnes and Jordie McKenzie were given spots during Howe's time at the Demons.
