  • while we have JA we are pretty much contending . So unless coach/gm change we wont be stripping back
  • still see Diggs as WR1 but identify lack of other options and dynamic play. Will look to bolster.
  • Davis will explore FA .....so i would say gone
  • felt Miller was on an up curve ( slowly )and expect him to be close to best next season
  • Tre White us a wait and see
  • Milano slow progress but will be fine
  • sounded like they gave Hyde and Poyer a tribute
  • very happy with the progression of young players.
  • sounds like Brady will be signed unless he gets a HC

He is a run first OC or was at LSU so think he will expand on that and add layers into the pass game .

Worth noting against KC we had 3 really good pass/dynamic plays unfortunately the receivers fluffed them .
Get a decent WR or two in and I think Brady will run a really good offense with JA .

Bills turn their roster upside down: Details on Buffalo's wild day​

The award for craziest day of the offseason so far definitely goes to the Buffalo Bills, who turned their roster upside down Wednesday in an effort to get under the salary cap. Going into Wednesday, the Bills were roughly $40 million OVER the cap, which isn't a huge issue right now, but it will be next week. When the league year starts March 13, every team has to be cap compliant.


The Bills picked up a good chunk of cap space by making multiple moves over the past 36 hours.

  • Several key players get cut. The Bills said goodbye to All-Pro cornerback Tre'Davious White along with safety Jordan Poyer and center Mitch Morse. Besides those three starters, the team also released defensive back Siran Neal, receiver/returner Deonte Harty and running back Nyheim Hines. The release of White will save the Bills $10.2 million, but he'll be designated a post-June 1 cut, which means they won't see that savings for almost three months. As for the other five cuts, those moves will free up nearly $26 million in immediate cap space.
  • Von Miller agrees to a re-worked contract. The biggest surprise of the day might have been that Miller agreed to take a pay cut. Miller was set to have a base salary of $17.145 million for 2024, but that's now been trimmed down to $8.855 million and Bills will pick up $8.645 million in cap space. The team also restructured Rasul Douglas' contract in a move that freed up $2.5 million.

  • Bills also spent some money by signing three players. The Bills took some of their savings and spent it immediately. Not only did they sign Mitchell Trubisky to a two-year, $5.25 million deal, but they also gave safety Taylor Rapp a new three-year, $14.5 million deal. Oh, and they also signed punter Matt Haack to a one-year deal while giving offensive lineman David Edwards a two-year, $6 million deal.
