We are missing some good players, but that shouldn't be an excuse as Jafa said. We have been missing those players for a few weeks now. The 22 on the field should be doing the job for us and they ain't. The forward line is just not working. Staker is trying as is Sampi but the rest aren't and it is just not good enough

I only saw a two minute highlights package from the match against the Lions on TV here a few hours ago, but I really liked what I saw. The youngins certainly bode well for our future, one which many of us weren't sure we'd have a few years ago. The Eagles are far too professional a unit to write off yet. I'll wait until time on in the last quarter with us leading by six goals before I'd do that.
